Refunds will be offered to ticket holders with an alternative also being offered if Lichfield Arts deems it appropriate, such as the opportunity to either donate the ticket sale monies to the charity, exchange the tickets for a similar priced event (where availability of tickets allow) or to attend the same or a similar event at a rescheduled date. As Lichfield Arts is a charity reliant on ticket sales revenue for funds, and artists performing at Lichfield Arts events will be informed of ongoing ticket sales (and therefore expected artist fees) prior to the event, Lichfield Arts reserve the right to refuse refunds for tickets where the event is expected to go ahead in the format and time/date planned.
